Puneet is the founder of Evogenesis (formerly The Singularity Lab, established in 2016). With 20+ years of experience across four continents, he has worked with organizations from 80 to 40,000+ employees, including GE, an Accenture company, United Airlines, fintech, digital healthcare, and media firms. A thought leader in people, culture and digital transformation, he has authored nearly 60 published articles and developed proprietary frameworks, including the 4-stage Digital HR Maturity Model and a six-pillar approach to AI-driven workforce transformation.
Puneet’s expertise spans HR digital transformation, Generative AI integration, employee experience, organizational change, with his latest Digital HR framework helping a client identify over $2M in efficiencies.
